Хороший отель в центре города. Уютный, светлый. Заселение прошло дистанционно. В номере есть чайник, телевизор, полотенце. Нет кондиционера и индивидуальных средств гигиены, только жидкое мыло. Не нашла в номере одеяла, пришлось укрываться полотенцем. В коридоре есть холодильник. Во дворе ночью было шумно - играла музыка и кричали люди.

Предварительно забронировала номер, но по приезду в гостиницу бронь сняли, дополнительно не перезвонили. Сказали уже по факту, что номеров свободных нет.Очень не приятно . Ехала из далека.

Wonderful
Оставалась в отеле Арбат по учёбе. Удобное расположение. Уютный номер. Телевизор в номере ,вайфай есть. Все удобства в номере. Осталась довольна ,спасибо!!!
