Our apartments are conveniently located near the city center of St. Petersburg. Petrogradskaya, Peter and Paul Fortress, and Troitskaya Square metro stations are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Thanks to convenient transport links, guests can easily reach the main attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and other places of interest in the city. In the rooms: • Comfortable double sofa or bed, bed linen, spacious wardrobe. • Kitchen set, sink, induction hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery. • Smart TV, free WI-FI. • Bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, soap). • Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board -in the common area. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a convenient time for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet). There is no smoking in our apartments. We provide a complete package of accounting documents. We will be glad to see you as our guest!
