"Мансарда"-это чудо в центре Санкт-Петербурга. Если отдохнуть в душевной и домашней обстановке, то это сюда! Мы уже скучаем и обязательно вернемся! Кто бы что ни говорил, а тут можно отдохнуть. Все сочетается: 1. Центр, для тех, кто не хочет возни с транспортом; 2. Если кто-то хочет драйва, то есть неплохие бары рядом; 3. Душевная атмосфера внутри; 4. Чистота в помещениях, как в комнатах, так и в помещениях общего пользования; 5. Уют и индивидуалтный подход к каждому; 6. Видовая и уютная мансарда- легальный вид крыш Питера. Не надо искать лучшее- оно тут. С чашечкой чая или кофе можно получить наслаждение. 7. Замечателтные администраторы, которые всегда придут на помощь, подскажут и поддержат Василий и Кирилл и домовой Стас. Вы создаете такую обстановку, что не хочется уезжать.

Уютное и очень позитивное место. Номера чистые со всем необходимым для удобного проживания. Отдельное спасибо за классную кухню (тоже в позитиве и чистоте) и выход на крышу с обзорной уютной площадкой. Чистота в общих местах, конечно, во многом зависит от гостей. Спасибо сотрудникам и желаю вам хороших гостей и процветания.

About the apartments

Apartment "Mansarda 88" is located in the very center of Nevsky Prospekt. "Mansarda 88" occupies a historic apartment building at the end of the 19th century. All apartments are located on the 4th floor under the mansard roof — there is no elevator, but there is a free luggage storage on the site. There is a developed infrastructure nearby: Mayakovskaya and Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro stations, 7 minutes on foot to Moskovsky train station. 24—hour cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy and ATMs are within a 200-meter radius. The Hermitage, the Russian Museum, the Fontanka River and the Rubinstein Bar are 10-15 minutes' walk away. For accommodation, guests are offered 8 apartments of various capacities, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartments have comfortable bedrooms, an equipped work area, a kitchenette, a storage area and a private bathroom with a shower and personal hygiene items.
