LUX apartments AveRooms

The LUX apartments AveRooms are located on the first line by the Don River, and this is their main advantage: the windows overlook the water — the proximity to the center is combined with the feeling of relaxing by the river. Guests note the gorgeous view from the window and the comfortable bed, as well as the clean and stylish interior. The apartments themselves have everything you need: comfortable furniture, clean linens, heating and hot water, a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The house has an elevator, a shop and a cafe, a bike park, and a playground on site — all this eliminates the need to go somewhere for groceries or lunch. Beach holidays on the first line and fishing are available for relaxing by the water; the apartment is only about a five-minute walk from the Don embankment. Iconic places of Rostov are located near the apartment: Gorky Park, Voroshilovsky Bridge, Rostov Regional Museum of Local Lore, Paramonov warehouses.
