Доброго дня! Хотим оставить свой отзыв о пребывании у вас в гостях! Все было очень хорошо! Все необходимое имеется, расположение очень удачное! Очень комфортно было, как дома! Особенно хочу отметить Юлию (кажется не ошиблась) с ресепшена, которая нас встречала. Она просто умничка❤️ очень клиенториентирована! Спасибо ей большое! Она задала очень нужную нам волну позитива и энергии в нашей поездке! Если соберёмся в Смоленск еще раз, обязательно остановимся у вас!

Из плюсов, только расположение в центре города. Все остальное оставляет желать лучшего: за 3800 надо делить сан. узел с соседями.(при этом нет нормальной горячей воды, течет что-то еле тепленькое), отопление отключено и за счет холодной погоды в номере дубак. Матрас на кровати самый дешман и размеры постельного как издевательство(как на гномов). Отдельный прикол это одноразовые тапочки на ресепшене за 50руб.(такой дичи давно не встречал).
