Welcome to our "Native walls" — a place where you can truly relax with pleasure and feel at home! We have made sure that the territory has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location of the apartments is one of our main advantages: you will find yourself in the very heart of Nizhny Novgorod, close to its iconic landmarks. Just a three—minute walk away is Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street (or, as it is affectionately called by locals, "Pokrovka") - a real pearl of the city, which is often referred to as the "Nizhny Novgorod Arbat". This main street runs through the historical center and connects four significant squares: Minin and Pozharsky, Teatralnaya, Gorky and Lyadov. Cozy cafes, souvenir shops, shops and many interesting architectural monuments await you here. In 5-6 minutes, you will slowly reach the famous Chkalovskaya Staircase, one of the hallmarks of Nizhny Novgorod. This impressive figure-of-eight structure connects the Upper‑Volzhskaya and Nizhne‑Volzhskaya embankments. Climbing the stairs, you will discover stunning views of the wide Volga River, the picturesque Arrow (the confluence of the Oka and Volga rivers), the opposite shore and the panorama of the historical center. Inside the apartment you will find a cozy atmosphere and thoughtful comfort. There is a small but functional kitchen corner equipped with everything you need: dishes, cooking utensils, a mini fridge and a microwave.
