At the same time, Nevsky Prospekt and Moskovsky train station are very close, but our lane is always quiet and peaceful. Nearby are children's clinics ("LOGOPROGNOSIS", "PROGNOSIS") and large medical centers. How the studio works: The studio is compact, but functionally thoughtful. The ground floor area is 14 m2, plus the second tier (6 m2) is a full—fledged bedroom under the ceiling (the kids really like it there). Suitable for up to 4 people. Sleeping places: upstairs there is a large double mattress (140*200) with snow-white linen. There is a pull-out sofa (160*200) downstairs. Blackout curtains on the windows. Even on white nights, you can create total darkness. A fully equipped kitchen: Induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes. There is always salt, sugar, tea, vegetable oil for you. A modern bathroom with shower, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, washing machine (powder, cleaning products) — everything is already there. What is important to know about everyday life and rules: We value order and silence, so the terms are simple and fair.: Deadlines: I rent for a minimum of 5 days (but sometimes there are "windows" for a shorter period — ask!). Time: Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we will arrange if the apartment is available. Included: Wi-Fi, TV, linen, towels, dishes — everything is included in the price. Upon check-in, you need a passport and an insurance deposit of 5000₽ (it is refunded if everything is intact in the apartment). Forbidden (for the sake of neighbors' comfort): Smoking in the apartment (the penalty for the smell is 5000₽). Noisy parties. Settling children without parents (we are for family values!).
