Comfort and Facilities The 55 m2 apartment is fully equipped for your convenience: — Sleeps: A double bed (170x200) and a single bed (90x200). (Please let us know in advance if you need a second bed so that we can prepare it for your visit). — Hygiene items: We have prepared for you: soft towels, shampoo, shower gel, dental kits and a hairdryer. — Kitchen and household: Microwave/oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, hob. — Parking: Own free space in the courtyard on the territory of the house. — Peace and quiet: Despite the rhythm of the main street, the apartment has excellent sound insulation, creating a sense of privacy. Rules of accommodation — Check-in: from 14:00 | Check-out: before 12:00. (We are always ready to consider early check-in or late check-out if other reservations allow it. The cost of additional time is 600 rubles per hour.) — Check—in: We will meet you personally, and on the eve of arrival we will write and tell you how to get the keys. — Security: Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. If you plan to invite someone to your place, please coordinate this with us in advance. The presence of unregistered persons without consent may result in deduction from the deposit. — Silence: Please observe the silence regime from 22:00 to 09:00. — Pets: We are friendly to animals, but please let us know about them in advance. Conditions for making a security payment (pledge): - Basic security deposit: 10,000 ₽. It is returned on the day of departure in full after cleaning. - Preferential deposit: 5,000 ₽. Available for regular business travelers, as well as for repeat bookings from the same organization. - Reporting: Upon request, a complete package of accounting documents is provided for accounting (a check with a QR code, acceptance certificates).
