The apartment is located in a renovated historic building without an elevator, 3rd floor, easy and low rise. The front door was renovated in September 2025. ️ Free parking in the enclosed courtyard is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. ABOUT APARTMENTS: - Bed linen and towels from the laundry, hygiene products, disposable slippers - 2 double beds + a large sofa with a sleeping place - 3 SMART TVs, free WI-FI - Fully equipped kitchen: drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, hob + oven - Our guests have a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, washing machine at their disposal - As well as pleasant little things (tea, coffee, sugar, butter, etc.) and high-quality service! ️IMPORTANT WE DON'T SMOKE OR HAVE PARTIES. Check—in is from 15:00, check—out is until 11:00. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and at an additional cost. Late check-in after 00:00 only by prior arrangement and with full payment of the cost of accommodation Upon arrival, you must have your passport with you, as well as make an 8000₽ security deposit, which is refunded during the day of departure after cleaning, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation and the safety of property.
