Additional sleeping places: a folding sofa (suitable for 1 person) and a non-folding sofa (for 1 person). Spacious walk—in closet - there is enough space for all your belongings. 2 toilets and a shower are convenient for a large company. Fully equipped kitchen: electric stove, kettle, capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, all necessary utensils and cutlery. Recreation area: stable Wi‑Fi and a TV with a Smart TV set-top box. Household appliances and amenities: washing machine with washing powder, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Welcome set: tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs and discs. Rules of accommodation and check-in Check-in time: after 15:00. If possible, we offer early check-in for free. Check-out time: before 12:00. Deposit: 5,000 rubles (refunded after checking by our maid). Payment: cashless only. It is not possible to pay on the spot by card or in cash. Cancellation policy If you cancel your reservation no later than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, the funds will be refunded in full (except for bookings with a non-refundable rate). If the cancellation occurs later than 7 days before arrival, the paid funds remain with the landlord.
