The area of the apartment is 39 m2. A separate bedroom and a spacious kitchen-living room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and a panoramic view of the bay will complement the trip experience. We have provided everything necessary for a comfortable short and long stay. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN Please note that due to the limited operation of messengers, it is necessary to download the application for check-in and undergo verification to conclude an electronic contract. Communication with the administrator, payment, and check-in instructions will also be available in the app. CHECK—in time is after 15:00. CHECK—OUT time is until 12:00. If possible, we provide early check-in for free. The deposit is 5,000 rubles and will be refunded after check-out and check of the maid's apartment. We only work by wire transfer.
