The studio apartments are located in the center of St. Petersburg, a 5-minute walk from Sadovaya Metro station. Nearby are the Yusupov Garden, the Yusupov Palace on Fontanka, the Mariinsky Palace, and the Central Museum of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation. It will take 10 minutes to reach the widest Blue Bridge in St. Petersburg, crossing it you will immediately get to St. Isaac's Square! The studio has everything for a comfortable stay: a 180*200 cm King Size bed with orthopedic mattress, a Smart TV, free Wi-fi, a mini fridge, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs. Filters for water purification and underfloor heating are also installed. There is a combined bathroom (shower and toilet), there is also a hairdryer and an electric heated towel rail in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, disposable slippers, laundry gel or detergent are provided upon arrival. There is an iron with ironing board and a washing machine in the common area. Check-in in a remote format. To receive check-in instructions, please contact us at least 2 hours before arrival using the contacts provided on the booking confirmation. We will send you a link to pay the deposit and, if the reservation has not yet been paid, a link to pay the full cost of the stay. All guests' passports must be provided for check-in. A deposit of 3,000 rubles for the entire period of stay must be paid before arrival via the link. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after checking the studio.
