Thanks to the three separate rooms, everyone will be able to retire and relax, and the common area will be a place for warm evenings and shared breakfasts. The apartment has everything you need to live in: a separate kitchen with basic appliances and a full set of dishes — you can cook your favorite dishes without depending on the cafe. Household appliances include a refrigerator, TV, Wi—Fi, and a hairdryer, iron, and toiletries are provided for everyday necessities. Guests are provided with fresh bed linen and towels, so you can immediately feel at home. The location is one of the main advantages: the 4th quarter is one of the central ones in Shelekhov, the city center is only about 400-450 meters away. There are shops, public transport stops and other infrastructure facilities within walking distance: everything you need is nearby. Check—in is from 14:00, check—out is until 12:00. Upon check-in, you will need a passport, as well as a deposit, which is refunded upon check-out if everything is in order in the apartment. On request, accounting documents are provided for business travelers. The apartment has simple rules for a comfortable life for all guests: it is forbidden to smoke inside (it is allowed on the balcony), it is forbidden to arrange noisy parties and events.
