Ideal for city guests, business travelers, transit passengers Everything is arranged here so that you immediately feel comfortable: the spacious living area seamlessly merges into the kitchen. In the recreation area there is a comfortable sofa or bed, there is a place for storing things. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and a full set of dishes. You can cook your favorite dishes or just make tea after a walk around the city. There is a hairdryer and basic hygiene supplies in the bathroom. You won't have to buy anything extra: we provide fresh bed linen and towels. For relaxation— there is a TV and stable Wi‑Fi to stay connected or watch your favorite TV series. The area is one of the main advantages: the 4th quarter is the center of Shelekhov. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, public transport stops: everything you need is within a couple of minutes' walk. If you want to take a walk or walk to a cafe, the city will be literally at your feet. You can check in from 14:00 and check out before 12:00. Upon check—in, you need a passport and a deposit. We really appreciate the calm atmosphere, so you can't smoke or have noisy parties in the apartment. We appreciate the comfort of our neighbors. We accommodate guests over the age of 25.
