Lovi

Lovi is a new—format guest house in the Imereti lowland of Sochi, on the federal territory of Sirius. We built it around the simple idea of "the city is your hotel": a minimum of extra service and maximum freedom, and the resort itself takes over the experience. This is a place for active independent travelers — those who travel for the sea, traffic and atmosphere, and not for the services of the hotel. Location and transport accessibility. The address is 14B Kutaisi Street. Sirius (Imereti resort) railway station is nearby, so it's convenient to get there without a car. Walking distance: to the Olympic Park — about 16 minutes, to the Sirius Concert Center — about 22 minutes, to Sochi Park — about 35 minutes. Sochi International Airport (Adler) is about 13 minutes by car. The sea and beaches of Imereti are nearby. There is a seaside promenade, bike paths, sports and concert venues of the Olympic Park, cafes and shops within walking distance. The rooms. There are 15 Standard rooms in total: double, triple and quadruple family rooms. Each room has air conditioning and a heater for a comfortable temperature in any season, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries, a wardrobe, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, a mosquito net and a balcony with city views. Meals and common areas. The format is self—service, so there is no separate restaurant. On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, a coffee area and a laundry room — everything to live in your own rhythm and not depend on anything. Atmosphere. Lovi is about lightness: leave your things and go explore the resort. In the morning — the sea and coffee in the shared kitchen, in the afternoon — walks, bike paths and the Olympic Park, in the evening — the embankment and fountains, and then a quiet room to sleep and be on the move again.
