Territory and recreation by the water * Direct access to the quiet embankment from the courtyard — here you just want to breathe, admire the horizon and catch moments of absolute tranquility. * The beach is a couple of minutes across the street — the perfect place to change the hustle and bustle of the city to the sound of the surf and the vastness of the bay. * A cozy relaxation area by the water — with tables and sun beds: ideal to drink coffee at dawn, read a book in the shade or just listen to the sound of the waves. * A summer marina with mesmerizing views of the bay and passing ships — like shots from a picturesque postcard. Security and parking The territory is closed and under guard. Convenient parking will save you a lot of trouble. Accommodation with pets We love tailed and furry ones — and we will be glad if your pet comes with you! Accommodation with well-behaved animals is possible for a fee: 3000 rubles for all time. Rules: * Let your friend behave calmly and not spoil furniture and textiles.; * you are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness after the pet; * we leave a deposit in case of unforeseen situations — it will be returned after check-out; * if additional cleaning is required due to wool or footprints, its cost is deducted from the deposit. We have prepared a separate sleeping place (70x200) for the third guest.
