If the cold water is turned off, you can also use a water heater. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for four people: in the bedroom there is a large bed with orthopedic mattress, and in the living room there is a soft and comfortable sofa. In the bathroom you will find clean and soft towels, bathrobes, shower accessories and many personal hygiene items, as well as a washing machine. You can park your car on the territory of the house, and there is also a large and modern playground. Nearby there is a Sunday shopping mall, grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies, a drama theater, beautiful parks and public transport stops. All necessary documents are provided for business travelers. A % discount is provided for extended stays. Some rules for you: check-in is contactless from 14:00, check-out before 12:00. A deposit of 2000 is charged for the entire stay, and after cleaning, it is returned in full, while respecting the integrity of the property and the rules of residence, namely, smoking of any substances and holding noisy events are prohibited.
