Heat and hot water without interruptions (individual heating). General cleaning with disinfectants is carried out after each stay. It is possible to rent an apartment for one or two months. The cost depends on the number of residents and the time of the year. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is provided. It is returned to the card after cleaning, subject to the rules of operation of the daily rent.
