Sole proprietors, we work with government organizations and legal entities. We accept payment to the bank account, issue accounting documents. Rental conditions: Standard check-in time is from 15.00, check-out time is until 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out by appointment (extra hour +500 rubles) Check-in before 10.00 is charged as the previous day. Check-out after 17.00 is charged as the next day A passport is required upon check-in The cost of final cleaning is 2500 rubles, paid at a time, not included in the price (Final cleaning — dry cleaning, wet cleaning, change and washing of bed linen, disinfection of the bathroom) Washing dishes and taking out the trash is not included in the final cleaning!Ozonation after living with animals 5000 rubles. (we do not accommodate all animals, approval is required) The refundable deposit is 10,000 rubles.
