After each check-out, surfaces are sterilized, bed linen and towels are changed, and the apartment is completely cleaned. When checking in with children, an increased security deposit is charged. ? The security deposit will not be refunded in the following cases: - there are signs of smoking in the apartment, - left trash and/or dirty dishes, - damage to property and/ or disorder in the apartment, unwashed stains on bed linen or other property are detected, - additional sets of bed linen or towels are used.
