The resort works year-round: occupancy climbs from spring towards autumn and peaks in the velvet season, September and October. In winter the pump room is open, the weather is sunny and dry, with an average temperature around −7 °C; there are few people about, so winter suits a quiet course of treatment and a budget trip. In spring the park is transformed — the first flowers appear as early as March, and by April and May the air warms to around +18 °C.

Kislovodsk station is the end of the line and stands next to the start of Kurortny Boulevard, so if you arrive late it is easier to stay in the center — you can walk from the train to your hotel.
