Shower hygiene products, clean towels. Important: the studio does not have a balcony. Location and infrastructure The studio is located on the shore of the lake, in a quiet green place: near the forest for walking and the beach for relaxing. The area is well located for exploring the city. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacies within walking distance. There are public transport stops nearby: buses, trams and minibuses. Booking and check-in conditions Check—in is from 14:00, check—out is until 12:00. Independent check-in and check-out. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure before 00:00, subject to the rules and the safety of property). Check—in is strictly based on your personal passport Special conditions Children under 3 years old can stay free of charge, without providing a separate bed.
