The house has 3 bright bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed 90x200cm) with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a magnificent view of the pond shimmering in the sunlight and birch trees swaying in the wind. But if you want to sleep on a sunny day, blackout curtains won't let a single ray of light through. A comfortable living area with panoramic windows is combined with a dining room-kitchen, it has a pull-out sofa, a sleeping place of 150x190cm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a huge refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle and all kitchen utensils. A five-stage filter for drinking water (Geyser reverse osmosis system) is also installed in the kitchen. The house has 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, one with a shower, the second with a washbasin and a toilet. A shower area with glass doors in the floor, and a set with a sink and a pencil case for convenient placement of all your bathroom accessories. There is also a hair dryer for drying hair. The whole house (except the bathroom) has laminate flooring, and the bathroom has porcelain stoneware heated by underfloor heating, which will allow even babies to sit on the floor, and your feet will always be warm. There is a playground on the street. There are 3 houses and a pond on the territory of 30 acres, if there are more of you, then you can consider renting nearby houses.
