The studios are located near the main attractions of the city. The house is located on the corner of Nevsky Prospekt and Rubinstein Street, Russia's main restaurant street. There are more than a hundred cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. There are 4 studios for guests to choose from, united by a common hallway. The studios have their own bathroom with shower. The apartment features cable TV, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each kitchen area has an induction hob, kettle, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. The washing machine and dryer are located in the common hallway from which access to the studio is provided. Additionally, there is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Moskovsky Train Station is a 12—minute walk away, and Mayakovskaya and Vladimirskaya Metro Stations are 10 minutes away. There is a public transport stop near the house.
