Our cozy studios are located in the historical center of St. Petersburg near the Mariinsky Theater, concert hall and educational institutions. Within walking distance are such attractions as the Yusupov Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the island park "New Holland", the Nicholas Palace, the Great Choral Synagogue, the Roman Catholic and Lutheran Churches, the Central Naval Museum. Nearby there is all the necessary infrastructure: shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We have a high ground floor (NOT a basement), most of the Windows overlook a cozy street, the entrance is from the front (from the street). For a comfortable stay in our studios there are mini kitchens with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven and electric hob, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary furniture with very comfortable beds with high-quality orthopedic hard mattresses, LCD TVs with digital channels are connected. There are washing machines, clothes dryers, irons, and ironing boards in the common area. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, but their replacement and cleaning of the studio are not provided during the stay. The studios have high-speed dual-band Internet with Wi-Fi connection (free of charge). For the convenience of guests, we use remote (contactless) check-in, smart electronic locks are installed in the doors, which allows guests to check in at any time (24/7), and security cameras are installed in common areas. If necessary, we provide accounting documents. Booking and accommodation rules. Public offer. 1. Check-in with us from 3 p.m., check-out at 12.00 p.m. 2. For the convenience of the Guests (Employers) we use remote contactless check-in. Smart electronic locks are installed in all our studios, which allows Guests (Tenants) to check in at any time without an administrator using a code, and security cameras are installed in common areas for the safety of Guests (Tenants). 3. The entry code will be generated on the day of your arrival and sent to your phone. 4. For contactless check-in, we need photos from you of the main pages of your passport (the first page and the registration page). Please send them on WhatsApp at +79117454485 a day or earlier before your arrival. 5. After you have entered and inspected the studio, if you have made an incomplete prepayment, you will pay the remainder of the amount for accommodation, as well as an additional security deposit of 3,000 rubles, which will be refunded within a day after check-out and checking the condition of the studio. Payment is made by phone number to a bank card "Sber" or "Tinkoff". The phone number and full name of the payee will be sent to you in a separate message. An electronic receipt is sent for the paid amount of accommodation. 6. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, but their replacement and cleaning of the studio during the stay are not provided. 7. When staying in our studios, guests (Tenants) are required to comply with the rules for the use of residential premises, the maintenance of an apartment building and the territory adjacent to the Russian Federation, comply with fire safety standards, and keep the premises in proper sanitary condition, clean and tidy in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8. In case of damage to the dwelling and the property located in it, the Guest (Tenant) undertakes to fully compensate the Owner (Landlord) for the damage caused, and the Owner (Landlord) of the dwelling has the right to withhold collateral and/or demand payment for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged property. 9. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, hookahs, vapes and other smoking products, make noise and live with animals in our studios and on the territory of the entire residential premises (apartments). For each identified case of the above violations, the Guest is obliged to pay a fine to the owner of the dwelling in the amount of 5,000 rubles, and is also obliged to additionally compensate for cleaning and dry cleaning of the textile interior. 10. The guest (Tenant) is personally responsible to the Owner (Landlord) of the premises and any Regulatory Authorities for the actions or omissions of third parties living with him or temporarily staying on the premises. 11. The guest (Tenant) is fully responsible for the safety of the common property if he left the front door to the living room open, and is also fully responsible for his property left in the common areas (corridor or technical room). 12. These Booking and Accommodation Rules are a public offer. From the moment of making the prepayment (payment) The guest (Tenant) agrees to these (above-mentioned) rules and undertakes to follow them, while the short-term rental agreement is considered concluded.
