This luxury old house is located in the very center of St. Petersburg at the intersection of Nevsky and Vladimirsky Avenues. The infrastructure is well developed – kindergartens, schools, hypermarkets, pharmacies, theaters, museums, monuments are nearby. A really good location-the historical center, parks, squares, restaurants and bars. For pleasant walks, the Italian Garden, the embankment and Nevsky Prospekt are a couple of minutes from the house. The location is also excellent from the point of view of transport accessibility-up to the metro station. Dostoevskaya is just a 4-minute walk away, Mayakovskaya metro station is 5 minutes away, and Vladimirskaya metro station is 6 minutes away. Accommodation for up to 4 people (2+2). There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rental price includes: a fresh set of bed linen for each bed, 2 towels for each guest, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, iron, kettle, hairdryer, dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, TV and free Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT: when booking for 2 guests, one double bed is provided, if you need separate beds, please inform us at the time of booking. TIME OF PLACEMENT: Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: before 12:00. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, plus the cost of a day before/after. Extension: early check-in / late check-out is possible only if technically possible (to be specified the day before) for an additional fee (equal to the cost of a day). Hourly extension starting from 400 rubles/hour. BOOKING PROCEDURE AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT: When booking on a day-to-day basis, be sure to contact the manager to confirm that the facility is ready. The instructions for access to the apartment will be sent on the eve of arrival. The security deposit is 2,000 rubles. It is deposited upon check-in (by transfer to the card).
