A cozy studio with an area of 25 sq. m. is located on the 4th floor of the new residential complex "Pulsegemieg" of high comfort class and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay of 2 (two) people. Nearby: - Metro station Prospekt Bolshevikov and Dybenko Street (~ 20-30 minutes on foot) - Tram stop to Novocherkasskaya metro station (~ 15 minutes) - Ladoga Railway Station (~ 15 minutes by car) - Moskovsky train Station (~ 20 minutes by car) - Pulkovo Airport (~ 30-35 minutes by car without traffic jams) - City center (~ 25 minutes by metro / ~15 minutes by car) Within walking distance: bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, Ozone dispensaries, the World Bank, Hyper Lenta, the large London Mall shopping mall. The Ice Palace is located next to Prospekt Bolshevikov metro station, and a 1.5 km walk will take you to a long promenade for walking or jogging along the Neva Embankment. Parking next to the residential complex is free. Check-in information: - Check-in after 15.00 (if the apartment is available and ready to receive guests, it is possible to check in earlier, ask) - Check-out before 12.00 - Check-in is contactless (I provide additional information on check-in). Rules of accommodation: - Smoking is strictly prohibited (including vapes, hookahs). - Parties and noisy events are prohibited (it is forbidden to make noise in the residential area from 22.00 to 08.00 (talking loudly, shouting, turning on the TV and music loudly)) - Check-in is strictly from the age of 18. Minor guests can only stay with their parent. Please provide a passport photo upon check-in. - It is allowed to stay with small pets, the conditions are negotiated individually, before booking. Important! A deposit of 3,000 rubles is provided, which must be paid at any time before check-in, refunded by transfer to the card before 22.00 on the day of departure (after cleaning). The deposit is withheld in whole or in part in case of violation of the rules of accommodation and/or damage to property.
