Free access to the SPA is included for all staying guests from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM for stays from 01.05 to 30.09 or from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM for stays from 01.10 to 30.04. An additional fee is charged after the morning visit. When booking "Family Suite" and "Suite" rooms, one-stop SPA access is free from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during stays from 01.05 to 30.09) or from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM (during stays from 01.10 to 30.04). The number of visits to the SPA complex is equal to the number of nights of stay. Children under 3 years of age are not allowed on the territory of the SPA complex. Children from 3 to 14 years old are allowed to visit the SPA complex from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM for stays from 01.05 to 30.09 or from 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM for stays from 01.10 to 30.04 only in the presence of adult guests. It is forbidden to visit the SPA area with children under 3 years of age. The restaurant and room service are open until 11:00 PM (kitchen until 10:30 PM). Parking is possible in the free parking lot in the courtyard of the hotel, subject to availability, or in the paid city parking. An additional virtual reality glasses rental service is available in the room. To check into a hotel with a minor and not being his legal representative, a written consent from one of the parents with a copy of the passport of this parent is required. Written consent does not require notarization. It is allowed to stay with one pet in rooms of the "Standard" and "Superior" categories (the dog's height is not more than 50 cm at the withers), subject to payment of an additional fee and upon presentation of the animal's veterinary passport. A deposit for the period of stay with an animal in the same room is made upon arrival. When staying with a pet, guests agree to the rules of accommodation indicated on the official website of the hotel. When booking 5 or more rooms in the same confirmation, a different cancellation policy may apply and additional charges may apply.
