The studio is located on the 22nd floor and the panoramic glazing of the balcony offers a magnificent view of the main river of St. Petersburg. The exquisite highlight of this studio is an electric fireplace located on the wall opposite the bed. It gives a magical charm to a cozy evening alone, and a romantic date, and a conversation with friends over a glass of wine. The bedroom area is represented by a bed with a sleeping place 160x200 cm. Anatomical mattress, designed for a comfortable stay and 4 pillows for complete bliss. The mattress is protected by a waterproof mattress pad and a topper. There is a Smart TV set in front of the bed. Both from the bed and from the bar, and, moreover, from the balcony there is a fantastic view of the central waterway of St. Petersburg - the Neva River and stunning sunsets. For comfort in the cooler season, the balcony has underfloor heating and an additional electric heater. There are sockets, bedside tables and a table lamp next to the bed. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for cooking: an induction hob, microwave oven, mini fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, work surface lighting, washing machine. The dining area consists of a bar counter and upholstered bar stools made to order according to the project of our designer. The bathroom is equipped with: a glass shower cabin with a tropical and ordinary shower, a mirror with backlight, a hanging cabinet with a sink, a toilet installation with a mechanism for smoothly lowering the lid.
