Premier is situated on Nevsky Prospekt, a 7-minute walk from Moskovsky Railway Station, less than 1 km from the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and 2 km from the Hermitage; it is also just a couple of minutes from the Fontanka River embankment and Rubinshteyna Street, the city's main hub for restaurants and nightlife. Several coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store are located nearby. Mayakovskaya metro station is a 2-minute walk away, and Pulkovo Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. Located on the second floor of a heritage building; there is no elevator. Access is via stairs, and a ramp is available for luggage.
