Sands Rooms

Sands Rooms are carefully restored furnished rooms in the center of St. Petersburg in a house built in 1911. The house is separated from Nevsky Prospekt by a small green square under the windows, and from another part of the house you can see a beautiful courtyard-a well with bas-reliefs of antique vases, garlands and medallions. The main attractions of St. Petersburg from Sands Rooms can be reached on foot along Nevsky Prospekt or by land transport. Sands Rooms is 10 minutes from Moskovsky Train Station, and Pulkovo Airport is 15 km away. Sands Rooms offers guests four furnished rooms, each with its own unique atmosphere, as well as one large three-bedroom apartment. Stucco molding, windows and doors with original fittings, and century-old oak parquet have been preserved and restored in the interior of the former manor rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, a kettle and a flat-screen TV. Towels, bed linen and slippers are also provided at Sands Rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the furnished rooms.
