Cozy rooms for living near the Mariinsky Theater and the New Holland Culture and Recreation Park. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, new blankets and pillows, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, disposable slippers, a private bathroom. Common area: washing machine, iron, ironing board, household items (shoe sponge, napkins, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.). A large modern communal kitchen for 4 rooms is equipped with everything you need. The windows overlook a quiet street. There is always a parking space. Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee. The rooms are located in the Eventiev apartment building (built in 1902). The facade follows the stylistic patterns of eclecticism of the late nineteenth century. Many famous personalities lived in this house, but it was in our front room that Meyerhold's apartment was located. Nearby there is the Mariinsky Theatre, the unique New Holland entertainment park, the famous Semimostye, the Blok apartment Museum, the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, the Choral Synagogue, St. Stanislaus Catholic Cathedral, the Polish and Yusupov Gardens, the Railway Museum, the Derzhavin Museum and many more interesting things. A magnificent, romantic place for walking. You can walk to the very center or take a bus.
