A business class residential complex with a closed protected area. For your convenience, the apartment has 2 beds (double bed with orthopedic mattress); appliances (42-inch smart TV, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron); high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, digital TV and movies package; fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils for 2 persons; ironing board, clothes dryer; bathroom with included toiletries (set of towels, gels, shampoos, soap). Transport accessibility: Only 15 minutes to the center by car. Primorskaya metro station is 10 minutes away by public transport. There is a bus stop right outside the house. The entrance to the ZSD is located in the immediate vicinity, which allows you to quickly get anywhere in the city without traffic jams, within 30 minutes you can get to Pulkovo airport. Rules of accommodation: No smoking in our apartments (including vapes, hookahs, etc.). Events are prohibited. It is forbidden to stay with any animals. Check–in is from 15:00 / check-out until 12:00. Upon arrival, a deposit of 5,000 rubles must be paid (refunded on the day of departure, subject to the rules of accommodation).
