The Loft Project Floors art space is located nearby, as well as historical sites such as the Alexander Nevsky Lavra and the Church of Xenia of St. Petersburg. The distance from the mini-hotel to St. Petersburg Bus Station No. 2 is less than 140 m, to Moskovsky Train Station – 1.7 km, to Pulkovo Airport - 13.6 km.
