Dear guests, a St. Petersburg-style design studio awaits you! The house is completely renovated with an excellent location 15 minutes from Nevsky Prospekt and Moskovsky train station! The apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. We appreciate every guest, we guarantee perfect cleanliness and order. Everything you need is waiting for you in the studio: * a double bed with orthopedic mattress and snow-white linen, *Smart TV, *refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, all necessary utensils. *Bathroom with shower and a set of soft terry towels for each guest. THERE IS ALWAYS HOT WATER, *washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron to make your wardrobe look immaculate, WI-FI Within walking distance are: Vosstaniya Square-Moskovsky railway station-15 minutes, Obvodny Canal metro station-5 minutes, Ligovsky Prospekt metro station - 5 minutes, Nevsky Prospekt. The main sights of St. Petersburg are the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, Gostiny Dvor, Kazan Cathedral and many other museums, theaters, palaces and embankments of St. Petersburg, Holy Cross Cossack Cathedral, bus station, RANHiGS (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration) Upon check-in, you will need: a passport for signing a contract. A security payment in the amount of 4,000 rubles is paid before check-in (refunded after cleaning the apartment!). For bookings of less than 3 nights, final cleaning is charged an additional 1300 rubles! We provide accounting documents for business travelers (receipt + contract). There are simple rules of accommodation: There is no smoking in the apartment ,without animals , Noisy parties and events are not held !!! In case of violation of the rules, the deposit will not be refunded!!! Check-in from 14:00 Check out before 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to agreement in advance.
