The studios are located on the ground floor and have all the necessary amenities for living, including a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a wardrobe, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes. Upon request, we will provide a slow cooker and a comfortable cot with a mattress for a third person (please specify the need for a place for a third person in the booking). The studio features a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and Wi-Fi. We provide bed linen and towels for each guest, and the studio is equipped with free toiletries, including shampoo, soap, Synergetic shower gel, and more. There are no interruptions in water supply, as the boiler is installed. I rent four more similar studios in one place, the washing machine, ironing board and dryer are located in the common area, they can be used if necessary. The studios are identical, it is possible to accommodate guests in the neighboring one. Please note that in 2026, new modern shower cabins will be installed in 2 studios instead of a simple shower. If you are traveling with a large company and want to live nearby, you can book both of my studios, they are located nearby. We also provide complementary tea, sugar and biscuits for you. The check-in is remote. Petrogradskaya and Chkalovskaya metro stations are 10-15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is located in the very center of the business, cultural and entertainment life of St. Petersburg, but at the same time on a quiet Small Avenue P.S. – you will not be disturbed by the noise of the big city. Nearby there are theaters, cinemas, shopping malls, museums, as well as the infrastructure necessary for living – shops, pharmacies, shopping centers.
