The spacious three-room Sutki Rent apartments are located in the Golden Triangle St. Petersburg. Raikina and many other attractions near our apartments. There are 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, armchairs in the living room, and an equipped kitchen. The best restaurants of the city, cafes, art cafes, art galleries, boutiques, a huge number of cinemas on Nevsky Prospekt and art projects are located nearby, which gives you a choice of places to visit for every taste. The developed infrastructure, thanks to the convenient location of the apartments, allows you to quickly get anywhere in the city, within walking distance of several public transport stops, to the Chernyshevskaya metro station 10-14 minutes on foot. The most beautiful hiking areas are within walking distance of the apartments: the Summer Garden, the Field of Mars, the Mikhailovsky Garden and the Alexander Garden. CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN We value both our time and the time of our guests, which is why remote check-in is implemented in all our apartments. After paying for the reservation, a notification will be sent to the phone number specified at the time of booking with a request to fill out an online form. We conclude an offer agreement with each guest and carry out the verification procedure. In the morning on the day of arrival, you will receive a detailed check-in instruction with all the necessary information to access the apartment. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION Check-in and check-out. At the time of arrival at the apartment, guests pay a deposit of 5,000 rubles, the deposit is returned to your card within a day after check-out and check by the maid of the apartment. The grounds for withholding all or part of the deposit are - damage to property, smoking or violation of the rules of residence. ✅ Do not leave electrical appliances, lights and water on when leaving.
