Narvskaya metro station is a 15-minute walk away. There is a Dixie supermarket, coffee shops, and public transport stops 150 meters away. Parking is always free right next to the house. The sights can be reached in 40 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by public transport. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a time convenient for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — only messages in the messenger. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet).
