The main question when planning a trip to Sheregesh is where to stay: at the foot of Mount Zelenaya (Sector A) or in the residential village. About five kilometers separate these two locations, and each has its own atmosphere, prices, and logistics.

Next to the lifts, a room costs 10,000–14,000 ₽ per night, but you can ski straight from the hotel door. In the village, prices are lower — from 800 to 6,000 ₽ per night — but in the morning you'll need to reach the mountain by car or transfer.

Right by the lifts — Sector A

The five-star Shermont on Vesennyaya Street is the only hotel of this category in the selection. Rates here start from 11,900 ₽ per night.

A block away, on Snezhnaya Street, sits the Apart-Hotel Gubernsky, where prices start from 13,750 ₽. It suits a group planning to spend a week here and looking for their own kitchen and washing machine.

The "hotel room" format doesn't suit everyone. Sheregesh has plenty of private lodging: chalets with their own banya, barn houses tucked into the forest, and glamping domes. This is the usual pick for groups of skiers and snowboarders coming for 5–7 days, and for families with children. For them, having a kitchen and a living room and a bit of privacy matters more than staying in a hotel with its noisy corridors.
