Живем в отеле Модерато, лучше место не надо искать. Рядом с Сириусом, проход к морю через центральную площадь. Отель современный, бассейн на территории, номер оснащён всем необходимым для проживании семьи, в том числе с детьми: кухня, кондиционер, 4 кровати, столики, пуфы, доски для сушки и глажки белья, утюг, балкон оплатен виноградной лозой. Современный дизайн во всем гостевом доме. Чисто, красиво, уютно. Приветливый хозяин и администратор.

Очень чисто в аппартах, все новое и красивое, теплый пол. Территория обустроенная , аккуратная , небольшой подогреваемый бассейн, баня. Шум от дороги значительный, от моря далеко, но нам надо было переночевать после Красной поляны, все устроило. Рядом через дорогу 2 кофейни и Пятерочка.

Нам понравилось всё! Гостеприимный персонал. Нас встретили как родных, помогли, подсказали — за это им отдельная благодарность. Но самое главное — здесь чисто, ну и до Олимпийского парка пять честных минут. А ещё на территории можно взять в аренду велосипеды — очень удобно! Рекомендуем к посещению данный гостевой дом.

The Moderato Guest House is located next to the Olympic Park, Sochi Park and the sea. For accommodation, guests are offered 10 cozy rooms of various categories and capacities: from double studios to 5 local family rooms. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, bathrooms, bed linen, towels. Services provided: parking (free), Wi-Fi. There are many shops, cafes, canteens in the area. You can engage in water sports: sailing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, parasailing.
