For the beach and promenade, consider Casablanca: both the sea and the main promenade are 200 metres away. Olympic Park is in the Imereti Lowland, so plan a separate trip there rather than including it in a walk around central Adler.

If you want your own kitchen and washing machine, consider the Egypt apartment at 6 Lenina Street: it has a large bed and two chair beds, with the beach a 10-minute walk away. If a shared kitchen works for you, consider U Dyadi Volodi or Provence—both are 200 metres from the beach.

Before booking, ask your host whether parking is available, whether it costs extra and whether a space can be reserved. Also check how to reach the entrance to unload your luggage: being close to the sea does not necessarily mean convenient parking.
