The Dolce Guest House is located in Adler (Sochi) at 65A Chkalova St. This is a cozy establishment with a closed territory, 24-hour reception and a variety of accommodation options. Nearby there are shops, canteens and a pebble beach.  The guest house has rooms of different capacities.: - Double room (15 m2) — standard with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower. - Triple rooms (18 m2) — standard, there are options with a balcony. - Four-bed rooms (20 m2) — standard, without balcony. - Two—room apartments (24-32 m2) - family option, can be with or without a balcony. All rooms are equipped with toiletries, towels, hairdryer (on request), kettle. The common areas have a microwave oven and coolers on each floor.  A closed area with a green courtyard, a playground, a picnic area with a barbecue, benches and swings. 24—hour reception - the opportunity to check in or check out at any time.  Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and on site. Additional services: transfer from the airport or train station (for a fee), assistance in organizing excursions, ironing facilities.  Distance to the beach: about 400-500 meters. The beach is pebbly, with sun loungers, awnings, umbrellas, changing rooms and water activities. - Shops and canteens: grocery stores, canteens, cafes, pharmacies, souvenir shops are within walking distance (50-300 meters). - Transportation: bus stops and a train station are located near the guest house. - Attractions: in The resort town with an aquapark and dolphinarium is 1 km away, and the Olympic Park is 10 km away.  Prohibited: living with pets, noisy companies, holding events.  - Smoking: allowed only in designated areas.
