Отдыхали в этом отеле с мужем, номер чистый, хороший с балконом, бассейны теплые, кормят хорошо, территория красивая и ухоженная, до моря 5 минут, рядом активная улица и покушать и сувениры купить!

В данный момент находимся в данном отеле. Начнем с плюсов: местоположение, 3 бассейна работают до 23 часов. А вот дальше минусы: жутко в номере пахнет канализацией, на вопрос почему, ответили "как везде". Не работает вай-фай, даже тв не работает. На просьбу сделать нам хоть тв, ответили, что везде так.
У нас были оплачены завтраки, обеды и ужины. Из-за этого, что аэропорт в Сочи был закрыт, мы на сутки позже приехали в отель. Ладно. Нам ничего не компенсировали.
Гид сказала прийти на ресепшен в 17 час, чтобы узнать время выезда из отеля. Мы пришли, на ресепшен девушка сказала, что после 19 часов, и про ланч-бокс ответила, что в 19 часов. Когда пришли в 19 часов, оказалось, что про ланч-бокс нужно говорить до 17 часов. Круг замкнулся. У нас все оплачено просто в пустоту. На просьбу собрать что-то со шведского стола ответили отказом. Ребенок (3года) остаётся голодным утром. Отвратительное отношение. Никогда больше сюда не вернемся. Никому не советую.

The road to the sea will not take you more than 5 minutes (200 meters). The Olympic Park and Formula 1 track are 20 minutes away.
