All four properties have an outdoor pool; at Mebelirovannye komnaty Antipov, it is seasonal, and the pebble beach is a 10–15-minute walk away. Magellan has a children’s room and playground, while Samshit offers a central location and poolside loungers. Raduzhny pairs its 8.5 × 5 m pool with a buffet breakfast.

Bonjour is a five-minute walk from the beach and suits families with its outdoor and children’s pools, entertainment, and playground. In central Sukko, Julia Guest House has a heated outdoor pool, a children’s playground, and evening cartoons under the open sky.

All three properties have outdoor pools. Utyos has adult and children’s pools and is a 10-minute walk from the pebble beach. Predgorye Sukko offers a dining hall and a twice-daily summer beach shuttle, while Kiparis is a good choice for a cottage stay, with a shared kitchen, children’s pool, and riverside relaxation areas.

Alexandra and YAVA have heated outdoor pools with children’s sections; from October 1 to May 1, YAVA’s pool operates depending on hotel occupancy. Aida also has a heated outdoor pool and a children’s playground. Zolotoy Bereg is a good choice for combining time by an outdoor pool with trips to the sandy beach, about a three-minute walk away.
