Without a doubt, one of the best hotel complexes in Suzdal. The sauna and spa complex are superb (free of charge), there are several modern buildings, and there are private cabins available for those who want them. There are several good restaurants. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the Kremlin.
But the most important thing is the customer‑oriented staff and hotel administration.
I was also pleased that they gave me a discount on accommodation in honour of my birthday. And I was pleasantly surprised by an additional compliment from the hotel.

Suzdal has a special atmosphere, but this estate stole my heart! The building is very beautiful, and the interior design is stunning. The staff here are passionate and warm in their work. For instance, Elena, who works in the Refectory, is a sociable and attentive woman — she tried her best to please us and help us choose dishes. As a result, we were absolutely blown away by the taste, presentation and portion sizes.
The hotel rooms are cozy, neat, clean and have a pleasant ambience. Everything you need is provided, and if something’s missing, the administrator will help sort it out.
The territory is large and well‑maintained. There are no parking spaces available.

It’s an ordinary guest house, nothing special. It’s quite comfortable here, the atmosphere is cozy. The location is good, there are necessary infrastructure facilities nearby. We stayed in a small house. I liked the kitchen in the house. It’s well equipped, all the appliances work perfectly, and there’s the necessary tableware. The bathroom has good plumbing. You can walk to the museum complex.
