Профи в своем деле,как тут пишут про эту гостиницу, это давать каждому посетителю свой ключ.Знакомый отдыхал в этой гостинице и его женщина ушла куда-то с ключом.Я поинтересовался у администратора, почему ему не могут дать второй ключ,хотя бы под залог. На что админтстратор ответила,что зачем вы лезете, пусть они сами разбираются.Во-первых, это переход на личности,во-вторых, почему он должен ночевать в холле,если у него оплачено. Я жил в соседнем отеле,а такого средневекового сервиса,как в Лантане по поводу ключей ещё не видел нигде.
