A cozy, bright studio apartment (15 sq.m.) is located in the historical center of the city, next to the Vladimirskaya/ Dostoevskaya metro station on a small quiet Grafsky Lane that runs parallel to Nevsky Prospekt. Each apartment has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, table, chairs, LCD TV. Built-in kitchen: refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, cutlery and household utensils, washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and has a sink, shower and toilet. For your convenience, the apartment has an ironing board and iron (on request). The interior is decorated in pastel colors. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 5-storey building with an elevator, the Windows (double-glazed windows) overlook a quiet courtyard. The entrance is from the courtyard. There's a combination lock on the door. There are 7 studio apartments in total, which can be rented with the neighboring 6 apartments, as they are located on the same site. The entrance to the apartment is from Nevsky Prospekt. Check-in is carried out remotely (around the clock), using a combination lock (copies of documents will be required). If contactless check-in is not suitable for you, you can come to our office (Karavannaya str., 7, opening hours 9:00 - 21:00) to check in from the counter.
