A beautiful house after reconstruction is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance from Moskovsky train station, Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station, Alexander Nevsky Square, near Nevsky and Ligovsky Avenues, Galeria shopping center, Stockmann, cafes and restaurants, shops. The apartment is new and equipped with everything new and necessary for a comfortable stay of two or three guests, possibly with children. - A new double bed with orthopedic mattress. - Folding, additional. bed with orthopedic base 75*195 - Bed linen, towels. - Bathroom, central hot and cold water supply, water heater. - Appliances: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. - Dishes, cutlery. - Internet, Wi-Fi. - Large windows with mosquito nets facing the street. - Remote check-in. LIVING CONDITIONS Reservations starting from 2 days. Check-in from 14.00, check-out until 12.00 Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement, paid. Pets are not allowed. Please provide a passport photo upon check-in. Smoking in the apartment, including electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited. If smoking is detected, the deposit will not be refunded. Smoking areas in the courtyard. Parties are prohibited. Check-in for persons under the age of 18, accompanied by adults. Simultaneous booking of two identical studios is possible. If the number of guests is more than stated at the time of booking, the booking arrangements may be cancelled. Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Late check-in is possible when booking on the day of arrival. There is no parking area in the courtyard of the house. There is a paid parking zone in the city center and on the streets adjacent to it from 08.00 to 20.00. In our house, not all apartment owners have finished the renovation work yet. The city has a law on silence from 22.00 to 08.00 on weekdays and from 22.00 to 12.00 on weekends. The deposit is 5,000 rubles. It is returned within 12 hours after check-out, in case of absence of any damage due to the fault of the guest and compliance with the conditions of stay.
