Отличное место, чтобы укрыться от городского шума и суеты. Здесь очень тихо и спокойно, а виды просто волшебные. По прибытии нас встретил приветливый персонал и проводил в номер. Номер отличный — ничего вычурного, но в нём есть всё необходимое для хорошей жизни и полноценного отдыха. Еда вкусная, просто пальчики оближешь.

I came to Dombay for work and decided to stay at this guest house. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The room is bright, with a good renovation and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable life. There’s a café nearby where you can have a tasty lunch.

The hotel is a 7‑minute drive from Dombay and the ski lifts. There’s nothing near the hotel. In the morning, there’s a free shuttle to the lifts at 9:00 AM, and it returns at 5:00 PM. The hotel also has a car (a Jeep Grand Cherokee) with a driver who can take you to or pick you up from Dombay for 400 rubles.
The hotel rooms are nice and clean, with everything you need, and there’s underfloor heating in the bathroom. Before checking in, we looked at three rooms to choose from: two comfort rooms with a kitchen and a junior suite. We liked the comfort room with a kitchen (room 1) best — it has a balcony.
There’s a spa complex: a sauna, a warm pool and a hot tub, herbal steam barrels, a spa capsule, an infrared room, massages, body wraps, etc. There’s also a gazebo with a barbecue grill.
There’s a café. They cook everything with a lot of oil, which isn’t great. You can buy alcohol there, or bring your own. Price guide: a fried egg dish with two eggs costs 100 rubles, adding a sausage costs another 100 rubles. A bottle of wine starts at 1 500 rubles.
Bottom line: I definitely recommend the hotel for its rooms and the spa facilities, but I didn’t like that there’s no fixed price for massages or information about their duration, and the sauna is only available for sessions of at least two hours.
Regarding the food: please warn about the amount of oil used. The food prices could be lower.
P.S.: We booked through the Tonga Tur agency — it turned out cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. 😁

Excellent apartments. Clean and beautiful. Everything you need for living. We stayed in a 3‑room apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There’s a washing machine. Comfortable beds. I liked everything. A modern complex near the ski lifts. I recommend it.

The hotel is very red — it would definitely be great to stay here with a large group, but this time there were just two of us. Still, we had a fantastic time. I really liked that the building is made of logs — it fits perfectly with the atmosphere of snowy Dombay. Although when we stayed here, the smell of snow was only up on the mountain peaks. The hotel itself is great: everything is clean, the furniture is new and comfortable, and there are clean towels and bed linen. The restaurant is excellent — the food is very tasty and filling.

For a few days of skiing it's more convenient to stay in the center of Dombay Glade or on Pikhtovy Mys: the bottom lift station is a few hundred meters away on foot, and you can head out to the slopes straight in your boots. The upper part of the village and Teberda work out cheaper, but every day you'll either be walking back uphill or calling a taxi.
Yes, but the choice is small: the village has one chain hotel at that level and a couple of upper-category aparthotels. It's precisely this shortage that makes these rooms the first to go — book one to two months before arrival, especially if the trip falls over the New Year holidays or the long February weekend.
The range is wide: the most affordable segment is the simple guesthouses in the upper part of the village, the middle is held by small hotels and guesthouses closer to the glade, and the top end belongs to the chain four-star hotel and the aparthotels with kitchens. Prices climb noticeably over the New Year holidays and the long February weekend — for those dates it's worth booking ahead.
In the shoulder seasons — from mid-April through June and from October to early November — when the ski season has already ended or hasn't started yet. The weather at that time suits walks around the village and short hikes, and accommodation costs appreciably less than at the winter peaks.
In summer, yes: from Teberda it's closer to the Baduk Lakes and the national park trails, and accommodation is cheaper on average. In winter it all comes down to logistics: a single road leads to the lifts, the drive takes 30–40 minutes, and making that round trip by taxi every day gets tiring and expensive.
