The four-star Tchaikovsky Hotel, located in the historical center of Kaliningrad, occupies an ancient four-storey building built in the early twentieth century, recognized since 2007 as an object of cultural heritage of regional and local significance. The hotel building, built in the early 20th century in the period before 1914 in the Art Nouveau style with Baroque elements, is under state protection as an object of cultural heritage of local (municipal) significance. The features of the object that served as the basis for its inclusion in the register of cultural heritage objects: risalites, sandriks, interstory and crowning cornices, as well as the decorative design of the front facade. In August 2016, a new building of the Tchaikovsky Hotel was opened, which is located at 58 Tchaikovsky Street. The total number of rooms at the hotel is thirty rooms. The first (main building): 20 rooms of various categories, a reception desk and a Tchaikovsky restaurant. The second building is located across the street from the main building. Tchaikovsky Hotel is 2 km from the city center, Koenigsberg Cathedral is 3.5 km away, and the Museum of the World Ocean is 3 km away. Kaliningrad Zoo is a 5-minute walk away. Kaliningrad Train Station is 4.5 km away, and Khrabrovo Airport is 24 km away. The rooms at the hotel are equipped with a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and free toiletries.
